Facilities Cleaning Specialist

The Facilities Cleaning Specialist position reports to Quality. They will work independently and as a team while performing daily janitorial and facilities support work. The Facilities Cleaning Specialist will ensure that facility and facility grounds are kept clean and in good repair.

Job Duties:

• Clean building floors, walls and furniture
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly
• Cleans Kitchen, Caf and Lobby
• Ensure that bathrooms and breakrooms have proper levels of paper products
• Remove waste from facility on a daily basis
• Keep soap dispensers full in bathrooms, breakrooms and production areas
• Uphold plant safety, health and environmental programs
• Perform daily check of facility grounds
• Restock supplies for cleaning purposes, breakroom utensils and paper products
• Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task
• Push, pull, lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers

Compensation/Benefits:

• This position is compensated at an hourly rate and occasional overtime hours may be required.
